Payments are due upon treatment and are considered late 14 days after you receive your invoice, which is emailed after each visit with a payment link. We accept cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and credit or debit cards, and you can set up automatic payment so each treatment is charged when it is complete. No. We do not offer mosquito control, and we do not perform mechanical core aeration. For soil compaction we use microbial aeration, a natural alternative that avoids sprinkler damage and lasts up to nine months.

No, leveling is not a service we offer. Our focus is the health of the turf itself: fertilization, weed control, fire ant control, microbial aeration for compacted soil, quarterly pest control, and tree and shrub care.

We are a family-owned, TDA-licensed company, and the owner's family does the work. There are no contracts: the service you receive and the results you see become our contract. We use full-strength pre-emergents and post-emergents with a custom-blended fertilizer, and you get an email before and after every single visit.
