We do not have contracts with our customers: the service you receive, along with the results you see, become our contract. We treat every property with full-strength pre-emergents and post-emergents and apply custom-blended fertilizers at the maximum rate allowed for the lawn's square footage. The guarantee covers every service, including quarterly pest control.
